• Able to coach their members
• Able to create two successful in person clubs: business and individual (monthly meetings)
• Presents clear information to club members

If you have a desire to take a more significant leadership role in shaping The Secret Ring we also have Area Developer opportunities available throughout the world. Our Area Developers can quickly grow million dollar businesses and significantly impact the communities they serve.

Our Area Developers must have the following qualities:

• Must have a proven track record in delivering sales results
• Self-Directed go getter
• Is a mentor to their team as well as their member/clients
• Recruits success motivated teams
• Leads with passion and strength
• Finds creative solutions and strategies
• Is internet savvy
• Can start/run clubs
• Develops sales team
• Can identify and cultivate rock stars
