Debbie Murray, Founder & CEO
Debbie Murray has spent much of her life in the dedication of study of the power of the mind and how to manifest your greatest desires. She has sought out great mentors and leaders who have built their entire careers on the understanding and achievement of personal power. Her goal is to share her experiences and those of her clients with others that are pursuing their own transformation of thought in the pursuit and realization of their dreams and passions.
With more than 20 years of consulting and C-level exectutive experience in corporate America as well for the Federal Government, Debbie has consistently increased profitability by triple digit performance in the business ventures she has been a part of; many of which have been turnaround enterprises or divisions. She has been sought out by her clients to create repeatable, cost-effective, high performing processes and bring new products to the market. Her ability to project and produce revenue has been one of her key strengths throughout her career.
Debbie has earned numerous awards for her dedication and service to children as well as to the international standards community. She has served on the Board of Directors for HL7, an ANSI standard, as well as held several civic-minded leadership positions such as when she was VP of the Utah State Foster Parent Association.
Debbie and her team at The Secret Ring are passionate about helping others successfully realize their personal and professional dreams. Her book is due out in the Spring of 2008, Until Now – Success Stories with Purpose and Passion.
Kelly Nabours, Bright Overlord of the Database & Online Experience
Kelly Nabours has extensive experience in the design and development of Web-based applications that lead to significant cost-savings and automated business processes. Most recently, Kelly was the Program Director for the Networking and Sofware department at Westwood College providing BS degrees in Computer Network Management, Information Systems Security, Game Software Design and E-Business.
Kelly holds dual Bachelors of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics at UC Riverside, and a Masters of Science in Computer Science (specialty of Programming Languages and Operating Systems) from UCLA.
Kelly has been programming since the dawn of time, particularly with onlne application development and will be bringing his expertise to The Secret Ring. He has an understanding of database programming, php, html, and game programming that far exceeds that of mortal man.
His background in education ensures that he can bring the most helpful advice in a clear comprehensive and concise manner to help those in need.
Andrea Tobor, Corporate Development & Group Sales
Andrea Tobor began her career in the early 70’s in Public Relations at J. Walter Thompson Internal advertising agency. During this time Andrea maintained a steady focus on building effective relationships with her clients and developed insight into their marketing needs. She has spent the majority of her career as a marketing, sales and sales management executive for several Fortune 500 companies including Time Warner, Procter and Gamble and Information Resources, Inc.
While at Time Warner, Andrea helped to launch the Industry’s first “Time In-Store” organization concentrating on growth through new account acquisition and strategic alliances. As part of the senior management team at Information Resources, Andrea helped manage and provide guidance to the teams responsible for the companies A list clients in the West Coast, Clorox, Dryers and Del Monte. She was personally responsible for creating an innovative new product that would bring market research resources to the Wine Sector, clients including Gallo, Sebastiani and Mondavi.
In 2001, Andrea relocated to the Bay Area and founded a marketing and sales consultancy, Kensington Advisory Group and within two years she counted among her clients a wide variety of companies, including Intuit, and Atlas Innovations.
Andrea has comprehensive experience across multiple marketing disciplines: direct, database, co-marketing, PR/promotion, advertising and merchandising and will bring a seasoned, solution-oriented approach to The Secret Ring, LLC.
Gloria Dunn, Corporate Development
Gloria Dunn has had two successful careers. First, in Public and Community Relations, where she won several awards for her work, including a coveted national award from the Public Relations Society of America. As a Public Relations generalist, she was a writer, photographer, designer, media relations expert, and program and event developer.
After returning to college for a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Behavior, Gloria started a second career as an organizational development and management consultant. She has worked with companies to maximize their human resources and management practices, and provides services in developing leaders, corporate cultures, teams, and managing change. Her roles are consultant, trainer, coach, and facilitator. She also traveled nationally as a professional speaker, and was an instructor at JFK University.
Gloria is the author of the award-winning book, From Making a Living to Having a Life, a contributor of articles to national and local publications, and has appeared on radio, television, on the web, and in the press nationwide. She hosted a cable TV show interviewing leaders on management and business topics.
Gloria has served as a member and as president on many professional and volunteer Boards, including Personnel Association of Sonoma County (PASCO), Big Brothers Big Sisters of Marin and Napa , American Society of Training and Development/North Bay, National Speakers Association/Northern California, International Association of Career Management Professionals (East Bay Chapter), Public Relations Society of America/East Bay Chapter, BASHET Education and Training, Curriculum Advisory Board, JFK University.
Gloria will be using her variety of expertise to serve The Secret Ring community in helping grow its mission to bring peace and prosperity to the world.
